Why don't you have more cats?

We have a small place and not many volunteers. We don't want a hoarding situation. The cat we have get excellent care and attention.

Why don't you adopt out your cats?

1: People are horrible. People abandon cats, abuse cats, let them go outside, ect. Several of our cats were house cats that were abandoned or escaped. Our cats have been through enough and we are not going to remove them from the comfortable home they came to after being on the street
2: There were over 120 cats available for adoption at the shelters and larger resuce agencies in our area as of December 2025. We don't want to compete with that or take away from that.

Will we take your cat?

No. We are at capacity now and we have our own methods of rescuing cats in need.
